    Pros

    Benefits are well above average with vacation, sick time and benefits available from the first day.
    Well respected company in the industry working with large accounts. Great learning experience.
    Most Co-Workers have been with the company for more than 10 years (many more than 20 years) and are valuable resources.
    Work/Life balance very important with company

    Cons

    Turnover in company is very low and provides little room to grow when starting in the company. Expected learning curve is anywhere from 8 months-2 years.
    Salary and raises are average but benefits are great and overall compensation is good.
