I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pension, 401k matching, PTO. Upper management does listen and care about customer issues, and will make changes accordingly - that isn't always the case with other companies.

    Cons

Executives are greedy, the worker bees receive hardly any bonus's, very small raises, and there's no profit sharing. It's evident all over, Men make more than women for the same level of experience, education & background

    Advice to Management

The "worker bees" work so hard but are paid so little, salaries have not increased but profits have - its time to do the right thing and pay everyone fairly according to their efforts & worth.

    Pros

Great to be part of a deep, high quality team. The brand is very solid and the products are world class.

    Cons

Overcoming some past, local turnover and market perceptions. Takes consistency in the market with the same team. We need to lean in.... where it makes sense to do so.

After TRID being rolled out for the past three years, they still can’t get a handle on how to close loans. The loan process is utter chaos and no one is held accountable.
