I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits , but I think after 5+ years you get this in most of the big banks .

    Cons

Used to be great place to make good monthly incentive pay, since pay is bottom in the industry . New hires are making more due to market or to who hired them , and long term bankers are stuck on low pay but with the experience working for multiple people and expected to fill in every empty spot a day with same pay for years . Incentive is cut in every way possible in last 4 years. No rewards monetary and if you say something you can get sent to different branch or loose job .
