    Almost a banker but not quite.

    Pros

    You learn a lot. Networking is a plus. Benefits are good.

    Cons

    They changed from tellers to associate bankers with very little pay increase. The role requires you to be able to perform like a personal banker (except open accounts) but you don’t get a monthly bonus like they do.

    Pros

    Broad experience across many facets of wealth management. No matter what we do in life, we are selling something. There are many talented salespeople within the JPM organization.

    Cons

    Can be a political environment. Some bankers/managers care very little about their subordinates while "managing up" with significantly different behaviors.
