I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 3 years

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The double edged sword was their youth, while it made some interactions more pleasant and streamlined, I often dealt with employees who should have had more professional, personal, and emotional experience before working in an office.

    Cons

Generally, employees are straight out of college or high school, which makes it difficult to delegate for a manager.
