I have been working at J.P. Morgan part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Being a teller. One of the easiest financial jobs there is. JP Morgan & Chase's three day training classes repeatedly pounds the basics into new hires heads. Everyone is friendly, and the perks a admirable.

    Cons

Very strict on their hours. If you sign up to work 32 hours, you will work 32 hours one way or another. If you're taking time off without Vacation, they like to pack your hours to accommodate your time off. While this isn't explicitly a con, it is a downside when you're a full time student as well.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

It was a good sales environment and paid good commissions

    Cons

They don’t care if you stay or go, no loyalty, the retail bank is 90% of their customers but less then 10% of profit, they could care less about the customers or their employees.
