    Good culture, good people, certainly the best company I've worked for so far.

    Training could use some better planning and organization. Onboarding seemed sporadic, and not much of it.

    Many roles at JP Morgan are specific to the bank itself and the banking industry. Makes it harder to transfer knowledge over to another non-banking company.
