    I worked at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

I worked first in the Kansas City, MO office as a designer and that was an excellent environment. Pros

Great benefits. Pension plan, good amount of vacation.

    Cons

It's the financial industry, therefore the front line and entry-level employees are not treated with the same value they might elsewhere.
