What people are saying about J.P. Morgan

Hello Everyone. I am currently looking for an internship, and I am graduating with my MS in Organizational Leadership, on fall or winter 2024. I really want to move up from my entry level job :(. I applied to an analyst program w/ JPMC— my current employer -which is the first time in my city - but I am on LOA and I have not received anything from the recruiter- even though I have my personal, nonchase information in my application. Help me by referring to jobs that prefer advanced education.

Culture is amazing, most people are genuinely happy to help juniors. The firm invests a lot into employee wellbeing and networking events.
Lack of Communication regarding diversity initiatives: It's essential for companies to communicate the purpose and goals of their diversity initiatives clearly. If employees or potential candidates feel overlooked or that the process lacks transparency, it can lead to misunderstandings and feelings of resentment.
