I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Chase puts a lot of money into its tools, so it does have an edge on other banks. Base is low, but good potential with monthly commissions

    Cons

Low base salary, usually need to be in affluent area to really make good money. Never really staffed well enough to call out sick without guilt

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I had a slightly higher than normal base pay for my position/coworkers. Very competitive pricing for commercial/business loans.

    Cons

Offsite out of state underwriting can be a challenge. Many of the tools and processes you depend on don't work for customers, so it's frustrating. Unprofessional and inexperienced management. Had to work out of a branch and wear Chase clothing. While the managers in my group were inexperienced and unprofessional all the way up the management chain, Branch Managers and District Managers would try to micro manage partners, though partners did not report to them. Very tough place for Employees with families.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can make good money if you have business development skills.

    Cons

Terrible management. Constantly short you on commissions. No opportunity for job growth that results in a raise.

Out of that 24 billion dollar profit for 2015, after that 27 million that Mr. Dimon decided to pay himself how about a raise bigger than nickels and dimes after a 4 year freeze on raises.
