    Great benefits, products, socially responsible business

    Cons

    too much "management" not enough leadership. Base salary could be higher. They pay you for sales, yet want you to focus on building a relationship, which would be fine if they didn't have a 30 day sales cycle in place.

    Vacation time, flexibility with schedule, benefits, decent pay.

    Cons

    Customers are very rude, in some branches you are not allowed to sit down the entire day while working, HR is very bias towards the company.

    Pros

    Well establish name, prestigious company that highlights your resume. Good reputation. Easy to use systems

    Cons

    Salaries are a joke, you can't survive even in the poorest city of US with JP Morgan-Chase salaries. Too much politics, hard to be promoted if your manager does not like you even if your performance is above the average.
