I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

-PTO -Food days if you like food -Snack cart -Good benefits

    Cons

The flexibility is awful. You are given a lot of vacation time. However it can be hard to get the days you want, because they limit the vacancy to 20% which makes it very difficult around holidays to take time off. They tell you to enjoy time off with your family around the holidays though they don't really give you the flexibility to do so. You will probably work Black Friday and Christmas Eve every year unless you have seniority. There is no flexibility to work from home either. I always thought they'd come around with that since so many other banks already have but they haven't. Hours are strict, you will not able to make your own and will most likely get crappy hours if you're just starting. There is also no career mobility in Milwaukee as it only houses home equity unless you want to work in a branch or move out of state.
