I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Best benefits and paid time off, meet a lot of interesting people and get to know them on sometimes a daily basis.

    Cons

Chase is such a huge corporation that everyone is considered easily replaceable and no matter how good you do, they want more. Company directive changes frequently and as whole the company is extremely restrictive. Neither the employee or customer experience is a priority.
