I worked at J.P. Morgan as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

When I first joined, everyone including my manager was approachable, patient, and willing to teach a new comer.

    Cons

Received new manager within weeks of starting new internship, which caused bad communication and confusion because the new manager had no idea why an Intern was there and where this intern came from, she wasn't very open to teaching and had little patience.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest better communications across the board when, transferring new management into an environment where there are new Interns. It caused, uncomfortability, confusion, tension, and loss of a ability to grow.
