    Pros

Great platform, training, and exit opportunities. I learned so much in two years. Even though it was a grind I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Long hours, mds are incentivized to grind you into the pavement in terms of hours. No one wants to rock the boat either.

    Pros

Full benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401K and other benefits which made for good job security. I'm sure that's why people stay there.

    Cons

They were closing down to many branches and departments without warning employees which made for lousy back support when you needed help nobody was there.

    Advice to Management

Need to scale to all branches so that everyone is on the same page and employees know what's going on day to day.

Limited or a few "cons; some things just can not be controlled (the human element).

    Advice to Management

Great to have more training across company lines of business.
