I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent training & systems. Benefits are decent. Most of the managers are fit to lead & treat employees fairly. Lots of opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

In my opinion the salary should be higher and they need more staffing in their branches. They did away with assistant branch managers & reduced the number of tellers in their branches which leaves managers less time to properly train & coach their employees to build a successful team.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's a big bank so there are good benefits and decent pat compared to some other banks, but certainly not the best. Working for a bank with a good name is easy to sell on.

    Cons

They decrease bonuses and incentives every year. They are cutting staffing aggressively and are putting extra work on the people left, with no extra incentive. The customers are some of the meanest people I have come across with any company I have ever worked for, including other banks. Not much room for growth in some areas of the country. Unless you are in a main area, you are pretty much stuck in your line of business.
