    You end up spending most of you time setting appointments for financial advisors and mortgage bankers. You're a middle man that can open checking and savings accounts.

    great benefits offered such as medical, time off and 401k match.

    Cons

    The management at the branch level is poor. I didn't feel like they cared much about their employees. It wasn't always like this. The culture was way better when I first started working for company.

    Good commission structure. Good products.

    Cons

    They treat people I'm very unfairly. Customers on employees. Office slogan "Don't bother if it doesn't get you paid." Benefits for retail bank employees or dismal.
