I have been working at J.P. Morgan for less than a year

    Pros

Amazing program, if given the opportunity definitely take it! Great pay Good work/life balance Numerous events & opportunities to get to know the other interns in the program, from areas all over the globe! Amazing managers. Everyone is so helpful and make a big effort to make interns feel welcome Terrific Learning Opportunity

    Cons

How they choose who gets the job after the internship is unorthodox Once you are in the program you do not get to choose what area in the company you will be working in. I worked in an area almost completely unrelated to my major
