    Pros

Absolutely none. Watch out when you go to HR for harassment and daily threats suddenly people break into your house, car, life and even keyloggers on your pc.

    Cons

Watch out in chase tower downtown Phoenix. HR seems not to care, . Avoid like the plague it is...no matter how much they offer it's not worth it! I had to spend 1000s of dollars on home security!

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Brand Recognition, the name carries weight with it
    Strong, profitable firm

    Cons

Didn't need a degree, much less Ivy League, for this job
Firm hired a bunch of analysts to do the things that no one else wants to do
Get ready for heavy copy/paste, it's 90% of the job (I wish I was joking)
Limiting in terms of mobility - no recommendation letters either, so you're on your own for internal networking and if you have dreams of grad school
    Work-dumping
Old culture, which isn't a bad thing if you like office politics and manila cubes. LOTS of manila cubes

    Advice to Management

    Fix the cons listed above

I worked at J.P. Morgan as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Dress Code, other staff members, office space

    Cons

Management. JPMIS group management was clueless, no processes, no organization, no communication with other groups. Treat contractors terrible.

    Advice to Management

Talk to people once in awhile. Treat contractors with respect, maybe communicate what is expected of them and keep them informed of status. Be professional. There is a reason why so many people left this group or want out. Management.
