    Pros

    I worked for Chase Bank before and it's a good company. They do provide some great benefits for their employees.

    Cons

    They don't provide the development for the employees like they say they do.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time in developing the employees that work there. Learn a little bit of information about each of the employees that work for you and utilize those skills and talents.

    Pros

    The shift towards becoming a technology company is great. Depending on the team, you can have great coworkers! Management seems to be open to change.

    Cons

    Processes boggling down on development time. The culture here needs some work, though I see that there is a shift happening. Hard to move up in ranking positions.

    Advice to Management

    Provide the pay that matches the job field – and provide regular ideas of next raise timeline along with bonuses. It gives us a little glimmer of hope.

    Always transferring employees to different sites. I like to stay at same site so I have a chance to advance.

    Open door policy.
    There was none so I couldn't approach manager with ideas.
