    There is a large employee base and therefore networking opportunities exist.
    Top financial institution in the US.

    Cons

    Incumbent employees are often left behind in terms of compensation
    Large silos/beauracracy is present and difficult to navigate

    Advice to Management

    Objectives are far too ambiguous, tighten up the objectives so employees can deliver.

    Pros

    Great benefits, time off, vacation, personal time, sick time, floating holidays, pension + 401k and great work schedule in auto finance.

    Cons

    Partisan decision making with promotions. Upper management do not promote hard earned work or by any means of ethical and moral standards. Upper management promote family, socially inclusive, partisan unethically selected candidates based on a politically pre-selected arrangements within the department.

    Advice to Management

    Be ethical, moral and professional. Don't hold employees up to double standards based on favoritism.

    You have some of the best and brightest people working there.

    Cons

    Google "NPR Super Chicken" that pretty much sums it up in my opinion. You are always on edge, and are more concerned about what your colleagues are going to do (or say behind your back) then what your client think.

    mobility is the company policy
    performance reviews are more of a management tool to push political agenda than a means of developing talent

    Finding aniche does not guarantee longevity.
    You may have several managers over the course of a few years. Difficult to benefit from lotalty and contribution
