    Great place to start a career. Lots to learn. Well-respected name. Ethical business practices. Sharp colleagues. Strong platform of investments and solutions.

    Cons

    The experience can be empowering or frustrating depending on which office you work in, who leads the office, and which advisors you support. Still a "big bank" culture like many of the others.

    JPM attracts extremely smart, ambitious people and offers continuous opportunities for growth and development.

    Cons

    As with any large company, there are many layers of bureaucracy that often inhibit employees' ability to get things done efficiently. This can be very frustrating.
