    Cons

working with customers can sometimes be difficult, pressure to learn a lot of information quickly, but other than that there is really nothing bad to say about working in JPMorgan Chase's retail banking indistry

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits, decent schedule, good vacation time.

    Cons

one of the lowest paying companies in the industry, they dont value or pay for talent, dont promote from within, management at the branch level are drones, market management micromanaged everything. turning into a call center because they csnt get people in the door. most importantly, and this cant be stressed enough, they will lie to you about promoting from within all while posting job recs that are not actual openings so they can source outside talent for positions internal candidates would want to promote to yet even when they do bring someone in from the outside they almost always make them take a step down in their role to "prove themself" with the fake promise of a promotion. When you quote them while speaking on the promotion timeline mentioned in an interview they will deny it and try to tell you that you're wrong and must not have listened.
