I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

More regular hours than in London for most employees. Pretty good management. Smart people, no weak coders. Decent holidays and they pay well.

    Cons

Work hours can vary significantly by team: you may or may not get the contractual 9-5. In some areas they don't have the most modern IDE or software stack. Support can be stressful with the money riding on it.

    Advice to Management

Describe support burden and its variability clearly at interview stage.
