    Cons

    The sheer size and complexity of the enterprise results in sizable inertia. Siloed mentality makes consensus difficult.

    Pros

    Benefits such as vacation, personal days, good medical, dental, vision. Have some options considering 'carier' mobility inside 300k employee company. Good welcoming package including overview for company, meeting people and higher management, sharing thoughts on ways in regards to advancement.

    Cons

    Lack of fairness in HR, lots of things going on behind the scenes. Management seems to lack direction , have peculiar evaluation practices give bad ratings to the group when group is supposed to be dismissed (one way or another). Favoritism, cronyism , lack of diversity.
