Management loves to play favoritism. Management will also make it known if you you are having a problem at home there isn't much That can be done for you. But if one management is know to favor has a similar problem management will bend over backwards. You are Lied to alot!

If you are full time you receive fantastic medical insurance.
Cons
Not many pros for a part time employee. There wasn't continuous training, even in the months prior to COVID. There was no community space to eat lunch or build relations. The company lacked room to advance in your career - mainly lateral moves.
