    Good training, good team, discount, plenty of overtime. Supervisors muck in

    Cons

    Can't keep drivers because of poor wages in relation to workload. Disorganised shift patterns.

    Company discount card was a great benefit for grocery shopping.
    Stable contract
    Overtime is quite often available.

    Expect to start early and leave late.

    - Great team.
    - Ok benefits.
    - Conference attendance.
    - Good office locations in central Manchester and London.

    - Masses of red tape.
    - Management is one big bureaucracy.
    - Lack of work/projects.
    - No transparency from company or management.
    - Lied to about pay/bonus.
    - Negative environment.

    Advice to Management

    - Resign and hire a team of people with tech backgrounds.
    - Drop the archaic processes in order to move forward.

    Annual bonus depending on performance of the store
    Colleagues are often friendly and supportive.
    Good staff discount, sometimes increases to 15%

    Cons

    Management often disregard any problems you have. Often found myself being injured in the unsafe conditions and they would laugh it off.
    Always understaffed.
    Ask too much of you for what you get paid.

    Advice to Management

    Interact with your staff. As a manager you should listen to the experience of staff who work in the store on a day to day basis rather than implanting new ideas that haven't been trialled.

    Staff discount, opportunity to learn all departments and skills. Could progress if you wanted.

    Cons

    Low hour contracts, poor management, won't supply correct ppe, no team work. Hard workers penalised

    Internal job postings for people looking to move up in the company.

    Cons

    Terrible hours - working late nights and then mornings the next day. Management are poorly organised, and not interested in team progression.

    More incentives, less scaremongering.
