    no room to progress
    bad management

    made to leave work crying 9/10 times

    Sort yourselves out and stop the sneakiness

    first option on reduced items so cheap food.

    Cons

    Trust is a core value but they don't trust you an inch. Treat consumers like idiots

    Advice to Management

    Listen to staff, introduce some flexibility in attitude, stop using times for task completetion it encourages damages and burns people out

    Instead of 5, 8 hour shifts you work 4, 10 hour shifts

    Being at night it is quite tiring and hard physical labour

    - 10% staff discount
    - lots of stores to work in
    - courses for personal development
    - flexible shifts available

    Cons

    - highly pressured with lots of targets to meet
    - may not get shifts very far in advance so hard to plan life
    - may start at 6 am one day and work til 11.15pm the next
    - pay does not reflect amount of responsibility

    - show more support to hard working store supervisors

    Relatively easy part time job ideal for students.

    Flexible hours so you can easily schedule your priorities accordingly

    The managers over complicate tasks that are simple
    lack of consistency and transparency when dealing with employees
