I worked at J Sainsbury full-time for more than a year

    Pros

One of the better paid retail stores. Great communications and support for all.

    Cons

Skeleton staffing to keep on top of costs made for very tight shifts and a lot of transferring of staff during shifts. This in turn had negative effects on other departments.

    Advice to Management

Bite the bullet and allow more staff to be available each shift.
