    Interned for 2 months and received a full time offer as soon as i graduated college. Team members understand that there is a big learning curve between textbook knowledge and real life experience so they are patient and willing to help you learn as you go.

    10 Hour shifts are standard

    Great company morale. Feels like a family. Management cares for their employees. A lot of room for growth within the company when starting as a graduate.

    Pay is mediocre at best. Salaried employees regularly work 50+ hours a week with no overtime.

    Good family atmosphere. Almost everyone is easy to get along with. Steady stream of new work and jobs.

    Working long hours is quite frequent. Compensation is average.

    Never running out of work, 3 weeks vacations, gas card, vehicle allowance.

    Extended hours and weekends especially at the medical center, but that's part of any construction job...
