I have been working at J&L Marketing full-time

    Pros

I've seen first hand what this company is willing to do in the name of customer satisfaction. I like working for a company that I know stands behind what it sells. Senior management is dedicated to growth, customer satisfaction and helping me make more money. This is the best job I've had.

    Cons

It's hard to think of any. Can have long hours but it's worth it.

    Advice to Management

I appreciate the effort to make this company better.

    I worked at J&L Marketing

    Pros

It's a great product and they do well for their clients. If you are just getting out of college, it's a good place to cut your teeth, in an army basic-training kind of way. Most all the people are very friendly. For some personalities, the linear thinker/right brain/programmer type, this is the one place you could sell.

    Cons

If you are just getting out of college, it's a place to cut your teeth, but don't expect much income unless you are obsessed with working hard and long hours. Think of the position as a entry-pay internship with the moving carrot of eventual big money if you are one of the 10% who can hang with it yet don't get fired. If you are young (21-23), book smart, live with parents, and...

I have been working at J&L Marketing

    Pros

The medical benefits at J&L Marketing are great, and they start 3 months from start date. The office building looks modern, and they have bagels every Monday morning.

    Cons

Very high pressure job that comes with very long hours. The sales position is said to have warm leads, but there are none in fact. This sales position is calling nation wide everyday to GM's of car dealerships, who at times can be very difficult to deal with. The position requires the BGS to be on the phone calling for the first 3 months of training when you aren't in the classroom....

    Advice to Management

The advice I would give to the management is to allow sales representatives time to develop.
