    Pros

Strong intellectual apprach to investing. A friendly environment with great people. Good reputation in the industry and a wide network of relationships.

    Cons

Must be a self starter as training is limited. Must hit the ground running. Must be very detail oriented. Long hours.

    Advice to Management

Give more feedback to employees so that they can improve and learn. Think longer term about resource needs and firm opportunities.
