    Customer service was thrown out the window after the buyout. It became all about the money and not about the customer.

    Pros

    freedom on the road, all the overtime you can ask for, job security, take truck home don't pay for gas or tolls

    Cons

    your micromanaged, service reports are more important than actual work management team is horrible and there's a new issue every day literally. Hr is horrible and unresponsive higher-ups allow managers to run there own office outside of the company "policy" managers are nasty and send passive threats and only care about there bonuses and treat employees like numbers ill never work for this company again

    Pros

    Benefits and 401k were great.

    Cons

    Overly complicated pay structure, more about apps and emails then quality service, the folks at the top are completely out of touch with the most important aspect of a service industry and that's the service.

    Pros

    Schedules can be flexible, able to work from home.

    Cons

    Raises aren't adequate, superiors make changes that are not communicated to team members until the date of the change. Team members are expected to uphold rules and procedures that were not previously discussed. Superiors make changes without discussing with the team members that best know how the changes will affect customer service representatives and the overall customer experience.

    Pay is decent, 4o1K, Benefits.

    Cons

    When the branch is short handed on techs, the Operations Manager has to do a route, plus get all of his own work done too. Early mornings, late nights, long days, no work\life balance.
