Pros
Positive place to work. Very well organized and managed. Friendly management. Pleasant environment. Overall feeling of being needed and appreciated. Great discounts.
Cons
Really a great place to work. Parking is off site and traffic in Laguna Beach is not great, but street parking near the resort isn’t too terrible to find. You can’t personally stay in the location in which you work, but your family and friends can. You can stay at the other locations.

Pros
The leadership at the JC Resorts golf course I worked at was awesome. They are professional and expect quality customer service but they are also very willing to work with you and make adjustments for your personal needs. It was a great first job and gave me lots of opportunities to learn to interact with diverse customers, coworkers, and bosses. I learned a lot and am super grateful for everyone who helped me.
Cons
The only cons I could think of were that it's hard for management to track individual performance since we normally work in pairs, meaning that when coworkers underperform it shows bad on you. That didn't happen often though. The only other downside was the struggles of working in the customer service industry. Sometimes customers weren't great but that was also rare. Most of the time there were no issues.

Pros
- Employee Lunch - Large year End party - Great atmosphere - Excellent management
Cons
- Can be intense if you've never worked in fine dining before
- 3.0Nov 1, 2022Front Desk AgentCurrent Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
Beautiful properties and the relationships that are built with colleagues.
Cons
Ownership seems content with never renovating while they are still capable of selling out often. So you are constantly dealing with complaints about smells, no ac, and other infrastructure issues.
