    I worked at JCDecaux full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Free Fruit once a week
    -Happy Hours (you do have to buy your own drinks though)

    Cons

    -No training Programs
    - LOW pay
    -If you are not a sales person you will do all of the work for them while they are out to lunch with clients

    Advice to Management

    1. pay your employees more and they will have more drive!
    2. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN! There are no effective training programs to let new employees in on how the company works or how their role is structured; sitting down with one person to learn something they won't use until months down the road is not effective.
    3. Cut down on the cattiness between employees- it seems like everyone here hates each other. Except for the airport team- they really are a family and treat each other well, as far as the rest of the company goes that's a NO.
    4. Don't let the assistants be treated like sh*t.

    Benefit sucks. Abusive hostil management, nothing possigive to say about this company

    Negative and hostil environment, arrogant a lot of incompetent managament HR useless and clueless very desorganize and no room to grow they only promote french no americans but sure love our money. Union sucks.

    Advice to Management

    None, to arrogant and dont care about their employees or the company only the bottom line for them selves all they doing is damaging the image and the hard work the owner made to be where they are. Is a shame. No values or integrity.

    Honestly I have no pros for this company at all I hated working here

    Cons

    Everyone is extremely clicky and catty new people are not welcome. There are the people that have worked there for years there are about 5 of them and then the rest of the company is a revolving
     door in and out every six months . If you like materialistic stuck up people this is the place for you to work.

    Stop picking favorites and treat everyone equally!

    Pros

    They allow and encourage creativity and people to work "outside of the box". Flexible work schedule and environment. In my position I am able to decide what to do and where I need to devote my energies with little distraction from management. Management is supportive of all employess and genuinely care about their health and well being. Company continues to look at ways to improve in matters of the environment.

    Cons

    Too much reliance on e-mail as primary communication tool within the company vs. picking up the phone and talking to each other. Inter-company communication is too impersonal. Certain departments are overstaffed while others are under staffed.

    Staff all departments accordingly.
