    Positive Outlook

I worked at JCM Associates full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great employees. Enjoyed the people I worked with. Great reputation in the mechanical contractor industry. Mentored by CFO. Everyone was accessible in the company when needed. Family atmosphere, good working environment, nice offices, would work there again. Was re-employed after long term recovery from a serious auto accident.

    Cons

I truly cannot think of any.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at JCM Associates full-time

    Pros

None, worst company I have ever worked for.

    Cons

Worst company ever. Everybody calling shots in the office is the typical macho "my way or the highway" construction worker.

    Advice to Management

    Start over

    Pros

Great work environment, supervisors, and co-workers. Nice place to learn the ropes

    Cons

Very little training for what they expect you to do, I had no work to do but was expected to be at the job as much as someone with a full workload

    Advice to Management

Place new employees in training for a couple days before letting them go off on their own
