    Pros

    get to work with lots of cool people + get fun & rewarding experience, best part-time job I could've asked for

    Cons

    definitely have to work with some difficult customers here + there while photographing them but worth it

    Lots of fun, working with a variety of different people, creative freedom, challenged to improve by company in a positive manor, always something new

    Cons

    Can be hard to balance task if you are scheduled alone, Limited hours during non-holiday times, not a bad idea to have a side job during non-peak seasons

    Never had a bad experience with management

    Pros

    I love working with children and photography has been an interest of mine. I plan to relocate to Dallas area!

    Cons

    The pay could be better. Also the studio is way to small for the large groups that try and come take pictures!

    I got a good discount on cloths

    Cons

    I never got breaks during holiday season. Even on a 15 hour shift.

    push for more hours for employee coverage.

    No pros. Can be a chill days sometimes.

    Cons

    Long hours, hiring manager is biased and favoritism. Cobtantly nagging you to fund something to do when there's absolutely nothing to do.

    Advice to Management

    Give equal employment chances to employees.

    pay, complete lack of training

    Advice to Management

    Train your staff. Also don't put a 19 yr old girl in charge and let personal things run the studio.
