I have been working at JE Dunn Construction full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - GREAT Culture - Decent Benefits - Leadership really cares about people

    Cons

-Can be cliquey due on organization structure and who you work with - Lacking diversity - Work-life Balance is basically non-existent if you're in anything other than an office role (and construction means superintedent) - Sometimes a bit too "old school"

    Positive Outlook

I worked at JE Dunn Construction full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Big company, employee owned. A diverse book of work. Work in a support role like scheduling or BIM.

    Cons

Take a number and wait in line. Construction team works all the hours while all the support roles charge hour for hour. No equity of work across groups.

I worked at JE Dunn Construction full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Loved working here. Would return if I thought there was a chance for advancement.

    Cons

Low turnover, so not much chance for advancement. Although they have locations allover the country, they don't encourage current employees to move around in order to advance. Much of the workforce is pretty mobile now.
