I have been working at JE Dunn Construction full-time

    Pros

Great culture, family feeling. Positive employees and most are hard working, dedicated, and open to collaboration.

    Cons

Small office which is new to the market. Large aspirations without enough people to properly execute. This results in many teams getting spread to thin and a reliance on less experienced recruits.

    Advice to Management

Be conscientious about project team strengths and be careful of over extending by signing too many large projects.

    Pros

Flexible with time. Friendly co workers. Lunch! Company events. Great communication with teams. Work life balance is pretty good for this industry. I really enjoyed my time there. I regret leaving and would go back if I could!!

    Cons

They could use more diversity. They hire the same types of PM’s/PE’s. I believe they are working on that.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
