I worked at JEAR Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can make great money as long as you put in the work. The culture is unmatched. Developed life-long relationships and enjoyed the daily culture. Decent benefits. Commission structure is as high as you can get in the industry without being an agent. The work experience you gain from will develop your sales skills to take on any other sales jobs with success.

    Cons

To make real money, expect to work 80 hours a week (at least). This includes taking phone calls at 3AM, coming into the office Saturday/Sunday mornings, and holidays (pick Thanksgiving or Christmas to work on). You will be thrown under the bus if you make a mistake that costs them money. They will try to make you sign paperwork that makes you financially responsible. Employees do not come first. Expect to consistently be micromanaged and asked for cold-call lists daily, even if you are bringing the company $3M in revenue per year.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at JEAR Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There isn't a cap on your commission so there isn't a limit to your earnings, but it's very difficult to get to that level. If you're over goal, they're pretty relaxed on your day to day.

    Cons

Expect to work long hours, Saturdays, and be available 24/7 for issues, which are common. High pressure sales, selling against thousands of others with no real value proposition against the next man. You'll be pressured to make call after call to the same lists your coworkers and competitors are. You'll have no job security and constant threats if you aren't meeting your goal. By the time you get to commission, JEAR has already made an unreal amount of money off you. It's a glorified call center/sweat shop with extremely high turnover. There are infinitely better entry level jobs.

I have been working at JEAR Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Opportunity for good money if you're lucky. Only reason for 2 star rating is making 100k is a possibility.

    Cons

Very few people stay longer than a year. Management throws employees under the buss daily. No work life balance, expected to dedicate your life to the job. Incredibly high turn over rate. Expect to be cussed out by management and always know you're replaceable.

I worked at JEAR Logistics full-time

    Pros

There is a legitimate opportunity to make really good money. The people are really cool and willing to help.

    Cons

Base pay is low for the amount of work expected. Management will push you and people who don't meet expectations will be let go.

I have been working at JEAR Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Earning Potential is pretty much unmatched. Very realistic opportunity to make 6 figures if you put the work in. Young, energetic, team environment. Resources available to become successful.

    Cons

Not a 9 to 5 job - you will work hard and long, but the compensation makes it worth it in the end.
