JEVS is a company that truly cares about the employees and makes it a point to engage staff in a healthy fashion that fosters employee growth and development without stifling creativity and innovation.

There is coffee instead of Muscle Milk in the kitchen.

Great company to work for and very nice people to work with as most are humanists, which makes them sympathetic to those in whom they serve.
Cons
This comes as a problem in that sometimes leadership is not fully developed, but given an opportunity based on loyalty, not the qualification.
