Pros
Time off and holidays; union available, providing protection for job security; and medical benefits are okay.
Cons
Staff is not considered when decisions are made, many incidents are covered up and never reported by management, leadership puts personal relationships over talent, seniority, and experience. Safety of staff and/or clients is not of priority for management and patient care is not of concern. The medical director is retaliatory and vindictive. In addition, the medical director does not want to do the job paid to do; instead attempts to pass it on to staff whom are not qualified to be completing the tasks requested. Poor pay.
