Pros
Great company mission of helping others. Really try to take care of its employees. Highly visible within the city and the field of work. Good work life balance.
Cons
Compensation on all levels are very low and not competitive, with the exception of executive management. Loose out on highly qualified talent due to salary. Employee union.

Pros
This job offers excellent work-life balance (35 hour full time work week, flexible hours). Management is very open and helpful, always offering advice and coaching opportunities. I feel truly valued here.
Cons
It can be difficult to break into the team at first. Many people have been here for 10+ years and are very "family" oriented. You have to work to gain their trust before you are welcomed into that family.
