Great Product Market Fit and Growth

Apr 11, 2023 - Enterprise Account Manager in Sunnyvale, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Artifactory is a need to have, not a nice to have, and it's the best in it's category. This makes selling it a lot easier, but also a lot more fulfilling. The company is growing steadily year over year and is continuing to release new features that make it easier to do upsells. Pretty good work life balance as well. When you're in the office or during the work from home day it can be intense, but you're 99.9% of the time not on calls with clients late at night/super early in the morning. Come in, work hard, then go home and enjoy your life.

    Stay Far Away

    May 10, 2023 - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Colleagues are great and are all just trying to do the best job possible. Technology has a lot of potential. Starting salary is good.

    Cons

Management is cruel. There is no transparency. People seem to be let go willy-nilly. If you're not one of the favored few then the job is a struggle. Only 5 sick days per year.

    Being Comfortable

Mar 3, 2023 - Business Development Representative (BDR)
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

The company makes you feel at home and comfortable. They're respectful and transparent and give you opportunities to give your own opinions when needed. Really about internal growth and wanted to see individuals grow with the company. I feel valued with this company, they care about your home life, not just a work robot to them so to speak.

    Cons

There is a lot of things that go on in the company and sometimes that takes away from individuals as a team. You will be doing a lot of things on your own so having experience prior to this is important.

High Stress and Not Worth It!

Mar 8, 2023 - Enterprise Account Lead in Sunnyvale, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

There is nothing noteworthy to mention. This is a typical tech company.

    Cons

The work environment is high stress and there is little reward for the effort that employees put in. It's a shame because there are many talented and hardworking individuals here who could be thriving in a more supportive environment. Behind the scenes, a significant amount of politics occurs, resulting in an increase in stress and tension for employees. This has led to a low level of morale and a high turnover rate, indicating that employees are unhappy with the current work environment. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of communication, with employees often feeling left in the dark about important decisions and changes. The newly appointed management seems to prioritize their job security over team success, leading to the excessive creation of unnecessary processes.

    JFrog is a career leap!

Feb 21, 2023 - Director in Sunnyvale, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

JFrog was the perfect workplace I was looking to have after years of working for large corporate companies. It felt like resetting my career by leaping forward from big tech to a start-up. Yes, it should be the opposite, but it's not. JFrog has the friendliest co-workers I have ever worked with. The CODEX is our northern star for everything we do, act, and think. And that thing we all have with frogs makes you smile—every day!

    Cons

JFrog is still in that growing-up phase where you need to make your own decisions, move independently, and not even "think out of the box" since sometimes there is no box—you need to create one. Not everyone feels comfortable working in this fast-paced environment.
