I worked at JG Summit Holdings full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked full time in JG Summit Holdings for more than 5 years. A great organization to be part of if your motivation is development. The organization embraces a learning culture -- open to cross postings within and across business units, generous to learning events, continuously enhances and updates its Corporate University, promotes rotation to different functions within a discipline.
Leverage on diversity of the conglomerate, present in high-impact industries.

    Cons

Behind with benefits but keeps on improving benefits portfolio year on year -- now with flexible rewards, and flexi time working hours option. Hopefully, full HMO dependent coverage next.

    Advice to Management

    Robust BCP.
