    Pros

    Very challenging with very high sales target per branch

    Cons

    Limited budget for travel allowance

    Advice to Management

    It should be categorized when allocating budget for travel allowance specially for off shore areas.

    Pros

    Great opportunity and exposure to the different products the company has to offer

    Cons

    Compensation in the long run will be a big factor, and most of the times the top management will not be able to agree with your raise.

    Be more open to promotions and assess your employees

    I have been working at JG Summit Holdings (Less than a year)

    Pros

    training & seminars are well provided for the employees

    Cons

    unequal distribution of workload, and managment of per Business Unit are not well monitor.

    make sure to have a favorable working environment.

    -Big name company
    - training and development programs are offered to all employees
    - above average salary levels

    Cons

    - compressed workweek scheme with compulsory 9.6hours days
    - some management and personnel take on the bureaucratic culture to executing projects

    Pros

    The company has good industries, convenient location, nice people, large network of subs and affiliates- hence a lot of opportunities, smart top management

    Cons

    comp and ben is not as good as other firms, but generally, this is a good firm to work in.

    - Established brands/products
    - Fun atmosphere
    - Stable group of companies

    Cons

    - Very frugal and always on "cost-cutting" mode
    - really low salary offers
    - slow promotion/no career growth

    Advice to Management

    Please show all your employees, most specially the non-managers/supervisors, your LOVE and respect for them. They're working hard for your company to succeed, and yet you treat them as just people who just need a job, and can be replaced anytime once the employee is dissatisfied. Is that what you want people to remember you for?
