Thank you for your feedback. JK offers Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off for Full Time employees. Employees earn additional PTO through a progressive schedule based on tenure. Additionally, Sales professionals have the ability to make their own schedules, allowing for them to work around personal appointments, etc. Managers are flexible in accommodating the needs of the team members whether for personal or family needs.

Top-level training in the moving industry, surrounded by moving professionals who have made this their career, opportunities for advancement and serious overtime during peak season.
Scheduling was done on a day to day basis, 6 days a week. Not much work life balance as getting on a job sometimes meant evening / night work. This is the nature of the business.Continue reading
