    Pros

    Hard to remember any. Yeah, their CEO when joined was thought of as a great leader and that was a pro back then.

    Cons

    3 months notice
    Still no focus on competence development
    No projectised approach
    Babu culture...sir, super sir and all that, you know.
    Top heavy...countless VPs

    Advice to Management

    Hire good people and retain as well. Selling partner service also requires some expertise back home

    No use advising Management, hope god induces some sense to owners before it dooms

    Pros

    First company that I got to work with , easy recruitment , hassle free , campus recruitment average salary package

    Cons

    Nothing new to learn
    Works on outdated technology, poor employee policies , bleak chances of promotion , no welfare schemes

    None that can be mentioned as pros .

    Cons

    No vision from new CTO he is enjoying at his home in kolkatta .
    Management dont trust their employees .
    Old legacy technology like powerbuilder which not a single good developer would like to work .

    I worked at JKT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I recommend not to work here. Because very poor management by HR team. I am waiting for my F&FS amount from last 3 months and doing follow up everyday till now. But no response from HR team no response from management. I was in contract with DELL international services india pvt ltd. Even Dell HR team are following with JKT HR team but no resolution. Only one answer from JKT HR team that they will " please bear with us and have patience ".

    Cons

    Very Bad HR team. Don't know to manage the Exit procedures. I am waiting since 3 months for my F&FS amount, till now not received. I am doing follow up everyday but no response and no resolution from JKT HR team.

    Advice to Management

    Please assign some responsible employees in HR team for completing the exit formalities at the earliest. Till now i have not received my F&FS amount. Kindly do the needful to get my F&FS amount at the earliest.

    A great place to learn ,a place of great potential.

    Cons

    Leave records are not their on any job portal. No Inranet.In the name of intranet ,clickz exists with partial active features.
    Yes, if you are a relative of some right hand of any VP/Project delivery level person/client, you are welcome.
     If you will raise voice against an odd, nobody would take a stand. People who are just being favored unconditionally by their superiors are those who are only heard. Those favoured people had always gained those favors by going for a smoke with their bosses or bringing breakfast for them.

    Very bad sales team- used to visit dormant accounts with no hopes and was holding the delivery and resourcing team responsible for no show.
    Very bad HR team, they don’t know how to talk.
    If you will ask for a training ,the reply is no.

    Advice to Management

    Please identify the right professionals for the Organization. Don’t hire people as they are just your favorite’s relative. Lots of relatives are sitting at top positions doing nothing and just tarnishing the company image.
    If you really want to clean the Stagnancy, please take a call by yourself,don’t rely on your subordinates

    Pros

    I don't find any best reason to work with JKT unless one is forced by the destiny (some of you might not believe in destiny).

    Cons

    1- Gender biasness -
     At entrance – Security check (Gurad will check hand bag etc) for gents only, whereas female employees are exempted.
    2- Policy -
    (A) Compensation Policy - There is no uniform policy, when it comes to compensation. I would like to use a very famous proverb ‘arm-twisting’, JKT management is expert in. In the name of ‘parity’ JKT creates ‘disparity’. JKT management treats support staff as an insignificant because these are ‘cost-centre’ not a ‘billable’ resource in their terminology. In JKT technical person those aware of ‘arm-twisting’ keeps on increasing their salary disproportionately.
    (B) Selection Process – No set standard interview process, even after HR discussion some people will ask to interview the candidate again. If during selection process JKT somehow comes to know that you are needy they will bring you down even below at your current salary, package.
    (C) Appraisal - If someone expert in 'arm-twisting' they will excel else them it is more of an ‘annual-ritual’.
    (D) Training & Development - If there is any business need then only. There is no system for Employee development.
    (E) No group-Insurance
    (F) Award & Recognition - is for Technical staff only.
    (G) There are few policy in terms of gift vouchers on special occasions (anniversary etc.) but employee needs to claim it in case employee forgets then GOD KNOWS ..

    Recently due to leadership change, situation is volatile. JKT claim to be having the vision of 1000+ employee but In the name of restructuring JK firing existing employees so vision & intention seems contradictory.

    Advice to Management

    One of famous leadership quote - "Take care of your employee, they will take care of your business"

    Pros

    No Pros as Such because all cons are there..worst company according to me company should be closed and open some other business on place of this software development.

    Cons

    1. Hiring / firing nature of company.
    2. Anyone can be fired any time without any prior intimation or reason even though VP, MD also not safe and keeping firing/leaving company very frequently so iteration is very high.
    3. Some of old folks play politics with new joiners and thinks they are boss of company and treat everybody like slave because they are one-eyed king in Blinds in management eyes and management blindly believe on them whatever they say either day to night or night to day ex: one guys is Microsoft competency even he doesn’t have basic knowledge of .net.
    4. If non skilled persons will be your boss, then you can imagine how you and company will grow.
    5. No process followed
    6. Interview level is very low because of non-skilled bosses/interviewer mainly in .net

    Advice to Management

    1. First Clean Garbage from company who even being non skilled thinks they are boss.
    2. Clean/filter out Garbage who are only and only siting in company for 7-8 years because they can’t survive anywhere other than JKT because they are nothing or low standard skilled and treated/greeted as boss in Management eyes.
    3. Implement a fair moderation/appraisal process so that non skilled Garbage can be filtered out and skilled person could get appreciation and can be assets to organization.
