    I worked at JLL full-time

    Pros

    - Nicely designed offices
    - Free fruit

    Cons

    - Clueless, incompetent, unskilled management with absolute lack of people skills
    - No training whatsoever. If you can't learn via osmosis there's nothing for you here.
    - Discrimination - no sensitivity, compassion or understanding towards disability. Appalling.

    Advice to Management

    Sensitivity training is a must.

I have been working at JLL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits offered such as HSA contributions, matching 401k, flex time, work from home, etc. Mentorship programs and ERGs available to join. There is a lot of potential and plenty of room for growth within the company. Good place to develop your career!

    Cons

Alot of employees are rehired after leaving the company because employees who stay will earn less than those who leave and come back, JLL needs to work on their compensation structure. Lots of great talent within, JLL should work on developing the talent within the company already instead of hiring externally.

    Advice to Management

If you want to retain good employees, don't make up reasons to knock them from the category their management rates them at just because it doesn't fit your curve.

I worked at JLL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great line to have on your CV

    Cons

Its all a facade, the awards, the claims that it is the most ethical company - its a bunch of bull
The higher up you go the more crooked it gets - those held responsible for people and ethics are the biggest violators. Everyone is out for themselves, there are leaders who couldn't lead themselves out of a wet paperbag.

    Advice to Management

Stop pretending; be who you really are, the turn over will stop, and you might just become what you feign to be
