    Pros

Just like the title says. Management is friendly and approachable, co workers are great! The best place I've worked in recent years.

    Cons

For my position, I started from a temp agency and was eventually hired on. The process for getting hired on to JLL could be a little more flexible.

I worked at JLL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong Management Structure at the location I was assigned to. Good, fail compensation package with good bonus structure. Expectations were high, but if you were a strong performer you were taken care of.

    Cons

Being onsite at a customer location can be a difficult environment to work in. As FM contracts mature it becomes more and more difficult to achieve saving s goals and earn bonus and pay increases.

    Advice to Management

Keep expectations reasonable and negotiate achievable goals in second generation contracts. If not you will see your turnover rate increasing at a time you need stability in your workforce.

    Pros

Benefits are good and the hours are good always got my 40. People I found very interesting.

    Cons

At my location in Arizona the management are out to lunch. They have no idea what they are doing. They fly by the seat of their pants. Very poor management in Az. Honeywell account.

    Advice to Management

It not for Jll you as managers would not have a job. Jll is the only place poor management gets thata boy and raises while the real backbone workers have to put up with your ignorant decisions.

I have been working at JLL full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Advancements, Professional Relationships, Work Life Balance, Employees are important, Ethical, Challenging. I have been with JLL for 7 years; started as an Admin and now I'm a Facilities Manager whose portfolio consists of managing my Client's HQs and other high profiled locations. If you set attainable goals, put the hard work in and truly enjoy what you do and it shows there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company.

    Cons

Every job with any company has its challenges. However, JLL gives you the opportunity to change your environment. If you feel you hit the end of your path with a particular client and you've made the best of your time on a particular account and put in the effort there are endless opportunities.

    Advice to Management

I have been fortunate to have worked for some amazing managers. As a manager myself, listening to your employees should always be a priority.
