    Pros

    Hire plenty of college graduates when many companies will not give them the opportunity. Also get to work from home after a year.

    Cons

    When first starting little to no training is given, sink or swim environment. After being there your workload will become out of hand.

    contracted out so review contract renewal every 3-5 yr. may or may not have a job

    Pros

    Good organization, experienced and supportive colleagues. Team focused. Opportunities to try different roles - long term. Corporate benefits are offered at reasonable costs to the employees. Good amount of vacation time. Ethical company.

    Cons

    The business lines come with intense amount of work load. Compensation is on the low side relative to the expectations and performance.

    Advice to Management

    Streamline technology and the myriad levels of internal audit demands. Increase compensation for staff levels and offer bonuses to entry levels to be more equitable.

    Pros

    Fun events (ie HR Summit, nice holiday party), relatively inexpensive benefits, Corporate Solutions structure puts HR in the center of the business and really asks HR to be a strategic partner for leadership.

    Cons

    Systems are outdated/highly manual and yet expectations remain high. Client culture has strong effect on JLL experience.

    Implement your plan for new HR technology as soon as possible.

    Pros

    Professionalism enhancement is expected. Internal communication skills can be advanced. Less over time work, manageable work life balance. Clean office environment.

    Cons

    Locations are very limited. Client support job can be stressful because of less task initiatives. Work tasks must be organized as task manuals in order for task transition.
