    I worked at JLL full-time

    Pros

Worked on the technology, data and information management team. Lots to learn here in terms of ETL, analytics, and data management. Definitely learn the full life cycle of how these types of projects are carried out and conducted. You also have the opportunity to develop a skill set (sql, python, tableau, etc). Great exit opportunities.

    Cons

While the work could be interesting, the lack of recognition and appreciation from management was frankly ridiculous. Fellow analysts on the team would easily work 60+ hour weeks, trying to work with deadlines set by management. Instead of regulating our workflow, management viewed the team as a 'start up' within an established fortune 500 company, and therefore said yes to every project that came down the pipeline. Furthermore, to make matters worse, there was virtually no appreciation given to the team (ie we were never taken out for happy hours, had dinners or lunch paid, etc). I understand these things aren't required, but when senior management is doing these things and going to escape rooms and fancy dinners, you get a little jaded being left out.

Overall, this team has a lot of growing up to do. The overall vibe is extremely negative among lower level people who do the technical work.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees - don't give them more work when they ask for less. Show your appreciation for those employees! If they got some recognition every now and then, they would feel much better about their work. This was a huge driving factor in my leaving the team and JLL as a company.

I have been working at JLL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Somewhat flexible schedule
    Decent salary
Great perks from client (free food, gym, etc.)

    Cons

Too many menial tasks that should be given to a temp
    Too many managers onsite
Too much interference from Corporate/Account leadership (silly projects, personality tests, and mandatory fun meetings make getting work done difficult)

    Advice to Management

Streamline the org chart and bring some staff to handle the menial stuff so the coordinators can focus on the site issues and projects.

    I worked at JLL full-time

    Pros

Decent insurance, ability to work on various types of systems, exposed to many types of projects or tasks

    Cons

Very political, many items or material you need takes much longer then necessary, and when you get them, they are the WRONG PARTS! Need to know basis is the motto here, No training or help with any projects/tasks, more about Kick backs and back door deals then being proactive or productive, All suggestions are quickly discarded.
